Dad Nap

The dad nap is not something you decide to do but something that happens to you.

You may be helping your three-year-old go down for a nap only to realize that a dad nap has struck. Or you could read a book on your front porch and be transported in time and place with your book resting on your chest and your hat tilted down over your eyes.

They last no more than thirty minutes. They can happen in any setting and time of day. Remarkably refreshing.
